One price per clip. A 4-second, 6-second and 8-second clip cost the same, so 8 seconds is the cheapest per second. Lite, Fast and Quality are separate model ids. Sound is sold as separate model ids: a request whose sound or audio flag does not match the id is rejected with variant_mismatch before anything is charged.
